Terms of Service

• You are responsible for your account, for the security of your sign-in credentials, and for everything that happens under your account.
• DrawSync signs you in through your organization's Microsoft identity provider. Losing access to that identity means losing access to DrawSync, and we cannot restore it on your behalf.
• You may not use DrawSync for anything illegal, or to store or transmit anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Accounts are for people. A single login shared by several people is not permitted, though you may create as many separate accounts as your plan allows.

Fees, invoicing, and plan terms are set out in the agreement or order form between us and your organization. Where fees change, we will give your organization notice through that agreement before the change takes effect.

• Your organization may cancel at any time. An administrator can do this, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your agreement says otherwise.
• After cancellation, content in the account is deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where required by law. Where we can do so reasonably, we will tell you first.

We change DrawSync regularly, and we sometimes remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature your organization depends on, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

• You own the content you put into DrawSync. Drawings, documents, project data, comments, and everything else you upload remain yours.
• We claim no intellectual property rights over it. We access it only as described in the Privacy Policy, which is a short and specific list.
• We own the DrawSync software, brand, and interface. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.

• We work to keep DrawSync available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Any uptime commitment lives in your organization's written agreement, not here.
• We use reputable third parties to host and operate the service. They are named in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for using DrawSync in a way that complies with the laws that apply to you, including any rules governing the project data you store in it.

DrawSync is provided “as is”. We design our features honestly and we fix problems we find, but no software is free of bugs and we do not guarantee that DrawSync will meet every requirement you have for it.

DrawSync connects to services your organization already uses, such as Microsoft 365. Those connections are governed by your agreements with those providers, and we are not responsible for their availability or their handling of your data. Abuse of any DrawSync API, including request volumes that degrade the service for others, may result in suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use DrawSync. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY]. We may update them as DrawSync changes; when we make a material change we will say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use DrawSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
